We have 6 Packaged Service solutions for you to choose from, each detailed below.
Service Package 1: Centrelink Age Pension & Retirement Benefits Information & Analysis
Information Service Suitable for: Those both approaching and already Age Pension age, wanting a better understanding of eligibility, assessment and application requirements for the Centrelink Age Pension and Concession Cards.
What you get:
- Face to face consultation with one of our Centrelink experts
- An explanation of the Centrelink assistance available in our senior years; the Age Pension, Health Care Cards, & Pension Loan Scheme to name a few. We will explain the eligibility requirements, Income and Asset Tests, application process and your ongoing obligations if in receipt of these benefits
- An analysis of your current Income & Asset position
- An analysis of Centrelink entitlements you may be eligible to
- You will be provided with a Report which will include notes from our meeting, a summary of your current Income and Asset Position and any Centrelink entitlements you may be eligible for

Service Package 2: Outsource your Claim for the Centrelink Age Pension & Concession Cards
Assistance Service Suitable for: Those making a Claim for Centrelink Age Pension, Low Income Health Care Card or Commonwealth Seniors Concession Card. After your initial, planned visit, we will deal with Centrelink on your behalf!
What you get:
- All the services listed in Service Package 1, plus;
- Completion and lodgement of Centrelink Claim forms (including assistance with the establishment of online My Gov & Centrelink Online^ accounts where you elect to lodge your claim online)
- Establishment of Nominee status for Pension Wise so that we can deal with Centrelink on your behalf
- The follow up of your claim, including the coordination of any outstanding information Centrelink request
- Once your Claim is granted, Pension Wise will ensure your personal details have been recorded by Centrelink correctly and consequently that the payment rate you are receiving is correct
- We will confirm your Claim has been successful and keep you informed throughout the process, so you are always clear on where your claim is at
^ Not everyone is confident using computers and many more are not comfortable providing their personal details and information online. Although it is considered more efficient, it is not compulsory to lodge your Claim online via My Gov & Centrelink Online; where you choose not to do so, benefits can be applied for using paper based applications.
Priced from*: $450 for Singles, $550 for couples for Age Pension Claims. $330 for Singles, $440 for Couples for Concession Card Claims.
Service Package 3: Outsource the Ongoing Management of your Centrelink Age Pension & Concession Cards
Assistance Service Suitable for: Age Pensioners and Health Care Card recipients who never want to speak with Centrelink again! This service provides peace of mind that your records and benefits are being regularly reviewed and managed accordingly. Especially great for those Age Pensioners that travel for extended periods of time throughout the year.
What you get:
- Establish Nominee status for Pension Wise so that we can deal with Centrelink on your behalf (you will never have to speak with them again!)
- Contact three times per year to confirm Income & Asset Position; update balances where required to ensure you are receiving the correct rate of payment
- Ensures payments and rates are correct on an ongoing basis
- Respond to Requests for Information from Centrelink on your behalf
- Management of your entitlements whilst you are on holidays
- We will follow up with Centrelink to ensure any updated information is processed and recorded correctly, and that your rate of payment remains correct.
- Keep you informed of any new changes in legislation and how it impacts your entitlements
- Includes one large Change of Circumstances investigation (major change) and Income and Assets update per annum
- Most importantly, you will not have to speak with Centrelink again! Any time you have a query related to Centrelink or your benefits, we will be your consistent point of contact.

Service Package 4: Centrelink Age Pension Entitlement Review
Information Service Suitable for:Existing Age Pension recipients whom wish to review their benefits, and ensure they are maximising any payments available to them.
What you get:
- Face to face consultation with one of our Centrelink experts
- Overview of current Age Pension Income and Assets testing and limits/thresholds, and how this is applied to your situation
- An analysis of your current Income & Asset position as recorded by Centrelink versus any adjustments that may improve your entitlements.
- You will be provided with a Report which will include the above comparisons, notes from our meeting and tips & traps where appropriate (including any material / evidence you will be required to take to Centrelink to update them of your current Income & Asset position).
Priced from*: $220 for Singles, $275 for couples.
Service Package 5: Major Change of Circumstances Impact Investigation
Information Service Suitable for: Age Pension recipients considering a major change to their circumstances; such as a change to relationship status, sale of the family home, receiving inheritances, employment change, or other large income and asset restructure. This service allows you to investigate the impact of the major change on your Age Pension and Concession Card entitlements, before committing to them.
What you get:
- Face to face consultation with one of our Centrelink experts
- Overview of current Age Pension Income and Assets testing and limits/thresholds, and how this is applied to your situation
- An analysis of your current Income & Asset position versus the proposed situation.
- An analysis of your current Centrelink entitlements now versus the proposed situation.
- You will be provided with a Report which will include the above comparisons, notes from our meeting and tips & traps where appropriate.

Service Package 6: Major Change of Circumstances Income & Assets Update Assistance
Assistance Service Suitable for: Age Pension recipients navigating a major change to their circumstances; such as a change to relationship status, sale of the family home, receiving inheritances, employment change or other large income and asset restructure. This service assists you understand the impact of the Major Change you have made on your Centrelink benefits, and assists you to correctly update Centrelink of these changes.
What you get:
- Face to face consultation with one of our Centrelink experts
- Overview of current Age Pension Income and Assets testing and limits/thresholds, and how this is applied to your situation
- An analysis of your Centrelink entitlements both before and after updating Centrelink of your change in circumstances.
- Establish Nominee status for Pension Wiseso that we can deal with Centrelink on your behalf (for this update).
- We will provide Centrelink with a comprehensive update of your circumstances, and assist you compile the relevant information required by Centrelink.
- We will follow up with Centrelink to ensure any updated information is processed and recorded correctly, and that your rate of payment remains correct.
Please note: When a change to your circumstances occurs, you have a maximum of 14 days to update Centrelink of your new situation. Failure to do so may result in reduced Centrelink payments and / or an overpayment debt being raised. As such, we encourage you to act as soon as possible when experiencing a major change.

* Prices quoted will be higher if you have involvement with a Private Trust, Company or Business structure, have multiple Real Estate assets or are required to report your Income and Assets more frequently (due to fluctuating employment income for example). If you are subject to one of these categories (or you are unsure), please mention this at your time of Initial Contact with us so that we can provide you with an accurate quote before you proceed with our services.
